Hi, I’m James
I’ve spent my whole career as an acupuncturist of 25 years helping 1,000s of people stop pain naturally with acupuncture and acupressure. You may have just experienced this if you watched the video above and tried the technique. While this may seem too easy - these methods are effective and can even provide long-lasting results when done properly.
My 3-Step System is unique, time-tested, and well-researched. In it, I will teach you how to find the right pressure points and combinations for your specific needs and pain patterns. I will also reveal 5 different ways you can stimulate pressure points, the 4 body regions where you will find the best points to work with, and how to properly stimulate each point.
A Professional, Well-Researched, and Time Proven System
The problem with many approaches to acupressure is that they don't work very well and have not been professionally developed. Perhaps you have learned a little about pressure points, watched some YouTube videos, or read a few articles or a book on the subject. However, when you tried applying pressure to the points they didn't work very well.
My approach is different because I teach you how to actually stimulate the points in effective ways, and I will show you acupressure points you have never seen before and that very few people know about.
In the above video, I demonstrated how to use an acupuncture point on your thumb by using your fingernail. You have probably never heard of this point - or seen anyone else use it - but if you're still reading then it probably gave you some relief.
Now Imagine What 3 - 5 Points Like This Could Do
If you casually learn about pressure points for headaches you will find articles and videos on the subject and hear about points like LI 4, LV 3, GB 20, UB 10, and a few other well-known acupuncture points. You will also read that you should press the points for 30 seconds - 2 minutes using medium to heavy pressure, I also teach this, but you may have tried these methods only to find that they are often not very effective.
If you have suffered from migraines for many years, and if they are severe, or related to your menstrual cycle, the common way that people talk about using pressure points probably won't be very effective.
Common methods of stimulating pressure points might work for mild tension headaches but not so well for serious migraines.

Why Your Migraines Are So Severe and
What Modern Medicine Knows About Migraines
With migraines, there are serious problems with the way that blood circulates through your brain, as well as complications with the nerves that make you feel pain. Simply pressing on a few points for a couple of minutes is rarely effective enough for such serious problems.
You know how serious migraines can be if they keep you in bed all day, are severely painful, or cause you to miss work or time with your friends and family. You also know how emotionally draining they can be, and how they can make you irritable, angry, sad, or depressed. Many of my clients have suffered a lot emotionally due to the intense pain and because of the ways that migraines disrupt and even ruin their lives.
The Role of Your Blood Circulation & Nerves
When the blood does not circulate properly through your head migraines can result and leave you feeling tired, dizzy, depressed, and fatigued. When there is a problem with your circulation and your brain is not getting enough blood and oxygen, you may also suffer from poor memory, shortness of breath, dull throbbing headaches, missed periods, or menstrual pain.
Some migraines are related to circulation and blood vessels in your brain.

Migraines and Your Nerves
Another possible cause of migraines is when your nerves are extra sensitive causing you to perceive pain more intensely. Your nerves, brain, and nervous system run on electrical energy, similar to electricity. When there is a problem with the electrical currents in your brain you can also experience migraines.
If you experience severe pulsating pain, nausea, tingling in your neck or face, and sensitivity to light and sound you may have problems in your brain's electrical system. While this is serious it can be alleviated with acupressure and pressure points when we work with the right nerves. This works by stopping overactivity and sensitivity in major portions of your brain.
How My 3-Step System Can Help You
My 3-Step system accounts for your needs and will help you to discover what
pressure points and natural remedies are best for you.
Step #1 - Quickly reduce the intensity, frequency, and duration of the migraine pain by using various pressure points and combinations of pressure points. Typically, we will need to find the 3 - 5 points that are most appropriate for you.
My system teaches you how to find what points will be most effective in the fastest way possible, If you watched the video at the top of this page, continue to practice the technique and notice if your pain continues to decrease, or if there are changes in how often you have the migraine or how long the pain lasts.
-
You should notice changes in the intensity of pain quickly.
-
However, for some people, the pressure point on the thumb may not be the most effective, but other points on the body can be just the right one to get substantial relief.
-
After I teach you how to stimulate pressure points for migraines using your own hands, the second step is to teach you how to use various kinds of tools to reach points that work best with these devices.

Step # 2 - Use Acupressure Tools & Devices for Migraine Relief
There are several kinds of tools, aids, and instruments you can use to properly stimulate some of the pressure points. These include specially designed acupressure pens, electrical devices, ear seeds, ear needles, or even acupressure mats.
Many of the most effective acupressure points for migraines are located on the hands, feet, and ears but you will be unable to apply enough pressure or stimulation on these points to produce a strong enough result.
These are the points that work great with acupuncture, but not so well with pressure. For some of these points, we need to use a pressure pen probe because they allow us to provide strong enough stimulation. Pressure points on the feet for migraines are points that require the use of these acupressure pens or an electrical acupuncture pen.
Electrical Acupuncture Pens
These devices are readily available on Amazon and other websites and provide a gentle electrical current to the points. You can use these at home to get migraine relief and they are easy to use and can be tremendously effective for some people. In some regards, they work like a TENS unit, but these pens allow us to place an electrical charge on very specific points on the body.
For some of the pressure points, and for some people, electrical acupuncture pens will provide the best way to activate the points. Similarly, for migraine sufferers who have problems with the electrical flow of energy in their brain, these devices can provide precisely what is needed to restore the electrical balance.

Ear Seeds & Ear Needles

Ear seeds and acupuncture ear needles activate the pressure points in the ears for migraines and headaches. If you have ever seen an acupuncturist, they may have used ear needles or seeds. They are an important part of step two in my system because they provide continuous stimulation to the points in your ears. However, to get relief it is necessary to know where to put them in your ears and how to properly stimulate the points. This is one part of my system that you can learn in my program.
Step # 3 - Use Nutrition, Supplements, Herbs, and Diet as Needed
This is a crucial step because some migraine patterns are related to nutritional deficiencies, and getting the right nutrients helps to promote long-term benefits and relief. While many drugs and medications for migraines may stop or lessen pain quickly, they do not produce long-term lasting results that fix the root problem.

If you have a magnesium or vitamin B deficiency, no amount of acupressure, drugs, or medications will help to permanently fix the problem. What you need is to get the right nutrients that your body needs.
While getting the right nutrients is important in the long term and gives your body the basic substances it needs, nutritional supplements and vitamins don't stop pain quickly. They take time to work - and are often necessary - but they act slow.
Herbs can also be very effective and work both like nutritional supplements and medications. Some herbs may provide relatively fast relief from pain, while others act slower by nourishing and supporting your body. In my program, I work with specialty herbal formulas to meet your specific needs.
Testimonials
"I had severe migraines with my periods that would wipe me out and so bad that I was unable to leave my house and do basic things like go out for groceries or cook. They were worse from the second or third day of my period and would last 3 - 5 days. The acupressure Jim taught me was different than anything I ever tried before, and it stopped the intense pain fast. For the first time in years I could control my pain and function again.
The diet changes Jim suggested also made big changes and felt right for my body. I think it helped improve my energy as well, and it's hard to explain but I felt like it shifted something gently but significantly at the same time."
Brenda W.

"My migraines started after a severe neck injury. They were so bad that all I could do is lay in bed and suffer all day. My eyes were so sensitive to light that I would need to keep the lights out all day and hide in a dark room. I was miserable.
At first I was skeptical and didn't think pressure points would help. The medicines from the doctor didn't even help most of the time, so I couldn't understand why pressing on some points would do anything. The first thing I noticed after we found some points, was that the pain was bearable. Rather than knock me out for days, I could press the points and keep the pain low enough that I could have a more normal day. The pain doesn't control my life anymore, I still take medicine sometimes but it also works better now too. I'm so glad I now know how to control the pain myself. It's almost like I have a whole new life." Elma C.

"I really didn't think this would work, but my wife kept telling me to try it. I was surprised that it worked so well and now I recommend it to people who have migraines. The methods are easy to use and the point in the middle of the feet works very well for me."
John S.

" I had dull headaches for about 5 years and nothing was working. The pain would come every day in the afternoon and made the last few hours of work very challenging. My energy would also collapse and between the headaches and fatigue I felt like I was dragging. This made me depressed and when the weekends came all I wanted to do was sleep and try to recover. My family suffered because I was wiped out for the weekends but all I could do was try to recover for the next week.
I was lucky to work with Jim and get acupuncture from him which worked right away. When he started teaching me how to stop the pain myself with the pressure points on my hands and fingers it was a real game changer. Just pressing the points at work allowed me to get through the days without the dragging feeling and constant dull throb. My energy improved and the pain was barely noticeable. I also have more energy at night and on the weekends. Thank you, Jim." - B. Rogers
"The relief I got from the points on the fingers work very fast and I found I could press them several times a day to keep most of the pain away.
When I learned how to use the electric pen for the points in my ear, the results got even better, and while I can't always use the pen, I use the finger points when I'm working or in public and that is good enough. Jims instructions are very clear and he explains things very well so that you can find what points will work and how to best stimulate them. I really like the ear points and they not only stop pain, but I also feel more relaxed and less anxious when I do them." - Lily H.

You Have Nothing to Lose Except the Pain
This system is based on years of clinical experience and research. It integrates modern medical findings with traditional methods of acupuncture, acupressure, and more.
Who This Program is For:
The methods in this program are best suited for people who suffer from headaches and migraines and who are willing to play an active role in getting relief.
It has been designed for people who have tried other approaches that include prescription drugs and medications, but who are still suffering.
The program is also designed for people looking for alternatives to pain meds and for those who want to take a more natural and holistic approach to getting migraine pain relief.
For best results, it is suggested that people commit to at least a 1 - 3 month program. This allows you to find the right methods, systems, and points that work best for your individual needs.
While the system is easy to follow and implement, it does require that you stimulate the pressure points as recommended. For most people, this will require stimulating points at least 3 times a day for 2 - 10 minutes. The methods we use make it easy to stimulate the points during regular daytime activities. However, it is crucial to develop the positive habit of stimulating the points at regular intervals.
This program is also very useful for people who have had positive results with acupuncture but are not able to receive acupuncture as often as required or recommended. This system allows you to continue to receive the positive results that people get with acupuncture, but by stimulating the points on your own. This can save you a lot of money and allow you to have more control over your migraines by reducing or stopping the pain.
Who This Program is Not For:
People who want a quick fix and are not willing to spend a little time each day discovering how pressure points can help them.
People who cannot commit to making small changes to improve their health.
Our full program is not recommended for people with pacemakers or other electrical devices implanted in the body.
People who don't want to learn more about themselves, and don't have the discipline to spend 20 minutes a day on improving their health.

Scientific Studies
Researchers found that electrical stimulation of the auricle can modulate the vagus nerve and affect neural pain pathways in people with migraines. They also found changes in fMRI signals and resting state functional connectivity in various brain regions. This research supports the potential of therapeutic effects using electrical stimulation of the ear to modulate the vagus nerve.
The following study compared the effects of using electrical stimulation at 1 Hz and 20 Hz on the ear to affect the vagus nerve and descending pain modulation system (DPMS) in people with migraines.
